Line opened at -31.5 and quickly moved to -35.5.

A bit surprised as I thought it would be less than 3 touchdowns. I'm not making any predictions since Tech has been Jekyll & Hyde this year with a lot ugly games. We could easily lose by more than the line. But it's fun to speculate on how big of an upset this would be. The biggest in the series history I would believe.

UGA #1 in the nation, destined for the CFP and a 5 touchdown favorite. Tech with an interim HC and a 3rd & 4th string QB. The stuff legends are made of.

They probably take us a bit more seriously after upsetting UNC and will likely bring their "A" game. Not likely to catch them napping. We'll see. :fingersx:

Best win in Tech history?

the mutt defense is pretty damned stout and will be a big problem.

the mutt offense hasn’t been all that impressive other than the two really good tight ends. Mutts also seem to have a knack for capitalizing on the other team making a big mistake like a turnover.

Georgia fans aren't biting. They think they will put in the 4th stringers after they go up 21 in the first.

At least its on the road where we seem to play a bit better.

We should cover that. Kirby will try to keep everyone healthy for LSU I would imagine.

We have to shorten the game and have some significant luck. Playing up tempo is a death sentence against a team with such a clear talent advantage.

UGA is a less favorable matchup for us versus UNC.

UNC weak defense vs. GT mediocre offense => we score
UNC good offense vs. GT good defense => they don't score as much

UGA strong defense vs. GT mediocre offense => we don't score
UGA decent offense vs. GT good defense => they score some

Sorry but I think the problem is we just won't score more than once or twice against UGA. That means their offense will get plenty of chances and will put up points

Unfortunately the plays like screens and quick passes out to a WR that worked so well against UNC may not gain much yardage against UGA. Their speed to cover such plays is at a whole different level than UNC. UGA will play man coverage and have confidence that they can lock down our WR’s and put everybody else within 5 yards of the LOS. Our guys can’t let UGA intimidate them, we have to play like our hair is on fire. Everybody on the team has to play like Charlie Thomas does. If the coaches see players’ heads dropping and sense an attitude of defeat, call timeout and do a little attitude adjustment. No need in carrying our time outs with us into halftime.

Honestly surprised it's that high. We'll be playing hard and UGA is just going to be draining clock and trying to keep starters off the field. Kind of screams a 28-3 type game

I give up trying to predict anything. We are so violently bipolar. I have no clue. We could lose by 50 or stay within 10. No consistency at all.

Pretty much what I expected. Euphoria from Saturday will not change anything.
