Uniform Sexiness vs. Success

We beat FSU in blue pants. Still ööööing ugly and still not ööööing Georgia Tech. Get rid of blue numbers..

Still leaves two acceptable blue combos for once a year, GBW and WBW.

So many ways to switch it up without getting stupid - GWG, GWW, WGW, WWW, WWG.

And for god sakes would somebody in our derp sports information department give ESPN the right ööööing logos and graphics packages that are white and gold.

There's my uniform rant for this week. Let the big cries fall. Have a great day.

CSB I have a hat from the 14 OB with 09 and 14 OB pins on it. It’s my lucky hat - we are undefeated when I wear it for big games. 15 FSU, 16 UGA, 16 Gator Bowl, 17 VT.

One thing I’ve noticed about myself is that, if I don’t like a uniform we wear, but we win in it, I then love that uniform. For example, I wasn’t a fan of the blue pants when we walked out in them on Saturday... but now that we won, I’m automatically a fan of that look.

One other that comes to mind... That puke yellow color from ‘08 brings back some awfully fond memories. Anyone else feel this way? Post the ugly uniform you love.

At least in '08 we were able to get the golds to match from helmet to cloth.

I think (throwbacks aside) this is Russels only good uniform.

Most were "servicable" and a few were downright awful.

So you agree with me. This uniform not conflict with my post. Those 2006 ACCCG blue unis are exactly what our once a year blue alternates should look like - white numbers trimmed in gold, white pants, right shade of midnight navy.

I'll say this. I don't mind the blue pants or the all blue, but I do have to agree that the BEST blue look is when it's just the jersey. G/B/W is one of the cleanest looks we have IMO and if they would've made the numbers white outlined in gold on those blue jerseys, that would have knocked it out of the park.
