Nothing of newsworthy value here, but I am loving what seems to be Key and Batt's embracing of our gold home jerseys. Nearly every recruiting post has our targets in the new gold jerseys. Very little use of navy in the unis or any marketing this year.

Side note, the GTAA social media posts for individual game tickets has had a white GT helmet in all their promotions. Could be a sign of more frequent W/G/W at home and G/W/G on the road.

For some reason (can't imagine why) I do like the GBW 1990 unis but I'm a TECH traditionalist and believe our brand is White and Gold. Specifically White tops and gold britches. Helmets are best gold but can be white. All the solid blue, white tops/blue bottoms, etc are not cool to me. They are frivoulous and gay and a corruption of the brand. Alt unis may be the Carson era WGW but not the present orangy tang vomit colored abomination that the dipshits down at the uni factory came up with. I mean how hard can it be to simply copy a color? At Georgia Tech of all places?

No, it has NOT always been. It has been used going back at least to the early 40s, but even then it was an ALTERNATE color, not a PRIMARY one, and its use was very rare until the 80s.
