No hurricane churning in the gulf this year so no chance USf gets off with the same luck as UCF last year. Johnson brings his Woody and we remind USf why they never want to join the power five. They looked pedestrian against Elon for christ sake.

You know they say that all teams are created equal, but you look at this offense, you look at our defense and you can see that statement just isn’t true. Two separate studies from the Georgia Tech Research institute and ParkAtlanta independently found that in a normal game, any team has a 50/50 chance of winning.
Factor in that we have an offensive genius and the team's production metrics are above average. Statistically, USF has a 25% chance, at best, to beat us. Factor in Coach Woody and USF's chance of winning decrease to 12.5%


So, the data scientists took their 12.5% chance, deducted our 75% chance of winning, resulting in USF's negative 62.5% chance of winning. They compiled our 75% chance of winning with our extra 50% chance of winning and they found we have a 137.50 % chance of winning. There were at least 5 games in delay yesterday. Even a breeze impacts games these days...
 
I get confused with all the directional Florida schools. Is this the one with Kiffin or Strong?
 
Looks like our secondary will get their first real test. USF likes to fling it.

Our D will hopefully not practice against TM or they won't get much of a workout.

Just looked it up. Strong as South Florida, which is in the middle of the state. Apparently before AC, everything south of Tampa was considered an uninhabitable wasteland. After the invention of AC, they needed random names that sounded directional but were intentionally vague, so we got Florida Atlantic, Florida Intercoastal, Florida Gulf Coast, etc.
