UVA reject named starter at UGA

If Chubb goes down that team is in trouble. Bad QBs--Richt could barely decide who to start they were all so terrible. I guess Lambert is better at handing it off

Lambert is not Brewer. Behind uga oline, he'll do fine. Besides, it's not like Hutson Mason was a much better quarterback.

I tend to agree. I think he'll be a solid game manager and make some throws when he's asked to. Still, let's enjoy the fact that someone who didn't start at a lowly ACC school is now starting for the mighty UGA.

Chubb is terrifying, but that offense can be held in check without a threat at QB.

This is hilarious. The QB guru Richt doesn't have anybody on his roster who can beat out an ACC dreg's 2nd/3rd stringer despite them all having 2+ years experience in his system. If they lose Eason, they could struggle for a number of years here.

To be fair, their "2+ years experience" doesn't really translate with the new OC and all.

Not terrible, but turnover prone. Certainly not going to carve us up like Jameis did either.

We said the same thing about Jameis in December. He turned the ball over like 20 times the previous two games.

Jamies Winston was one of the best high pressure QBs I've ever seen. He managed to turn the ball over a ton his final year, yes. He also made a ton of gigantic clutch plays when the heat was on. Winston was a whole level above Lambert. We've played both before and have a body of work of their performance.

@BobbyBigWheel
Greyson Lambert is the name of everyone who has gone to both UVA and UGA

In other news, a uga friend comments that it is indeed a "dawg name", and she is glad to have this "hokie".
