I was told this morning he was cleared, he wasn't cleared the other day when he first decided to come for the visit though. He was offered last week.

We are just getting hung up on verbiage.

He was offered last week...however it was conditional on his being cleared by The Hill....hence his being unable to have an official visit with us.
