We open up at +10.

Everywhere I see is +7, so unless it got bet down 3 points in 3 hours (which is just about impossible) wherever you found this number you need to bet it immediately and arb with VT -7 for a guaranteed payday.

The way I read it, when you cough it up 3x on the road against the defending division champion you have essentially given the game away. But then, in the fourth quarter, we stole it back. Semantics, but I see what he meant.I don't know how you describe it as a "steal".
We also missed two very makeable FGs...

Meh. Very makeable is a 35 yarder or less, IMO.

Well maybe it is semantics, but stealing it sounds to me like we lucked out. In my mind we took it, meaning we manned up and kicked their asses in the 4th quarter. The way I read it, when you cough it up 3x on the road against the defending division champion you have essentially given the game away. he got it from the LVSC open which is the starting place for all odds in vegas. You can google them and it explains their relationship to setting the opening line.

We practically gave the game away by being that bad at offense.
We never pushed around their fatass D linemen, early or late, 1st quarter or 4th. We had one reasonably successful run between the tackles all game. Half of Dwyer's yards were on the last home-run pitch, and it was outside, well away from the fatass D linemen you falsely claim we pushed around. The bulk of Nesbitt's rushing yards were on pass plays where he scrambled and made something out of nothing, after our O line made the wrong reads and let the wrong guys through. Two of our turnovers were forced by "fatass" penetration. Our O line play was horrid all game. You don't have to rack up 56 points if all you need is something more than 16. The way we were pushing around their fatass D-linemen late in 4th quarter, we could have scored another TD, but kind ole PJ was gentleman enough to take a knee.
He's setting up his "failing to live up to expectations" post after our first loss. Probably already has it written up, and saved on his hard drive.Holy smokes... is this bizarro Stingtalk? Bunger Henry just defended and complimented a GT football team effort.
Trolling techsideline.com for a bit...they seem very worried about their entire offense. Not even just Glennon.
One poster has dubbed the GT game "Tyrod Taylor running for his life show"
Tried to look at that board - dang...it makes me thankful that we have well designed message boards.
Just curious, but did you miss the part about us learning a new offense? If you're expecting us to dominate anyone right now, you're going to be very disappointed pretty much every game for a while. But we didn't steal anything. Our D kept them out of the end zone, which is their job. The O hit enough big plays to score more than we gave up, which is their job. We did dominate the 4th quarter on both sides of the ball, which you either missed or don't put much stock in. But that's what tough teams do.We stole that game from BC. We did not dominate them in any phase of the game except the scoreboard, and even that was close.
We CAN steal the VT game too, but they have to be favored to win.
