It was actually a woman clerk in Morgan County and speaking of Gantt she said “I’m his go to in Morgan County”. If this article is true it is to her credit that she didn’t reduce the charges. At least not in this instance.

I knew it was a woman. I don't know why I inserted "guy". Anyway, I don't give her any credit for anything. Maybe she didn't reduce the charge in this instance, but I'd be willing to bet she has before, and many times.

That brings up an interesting question. I wonder if this Gant guy has the option to give tickets or money for any person he chooses to get off the hook. I’m willing to bet Gant has instructions on who gets the privilege of being bailed out and who doesn’t.

One wonders if he'll sing to save his own skin, or lawyer up and hope for a payday from the boosters after they cover his fees.

Shocker, Carter knew they were drunk and decided to race anyway. It's a real shame he's not spending the next 10-15 in a prison cell because they pushed through misdemeanor charges to close the book.

The liability of the university is now on the table, what with the same staffer trying to get the speeding ticket of the deceased downgraded and showing up in court to pay separate fines for Carter. They already pressed a statement that he was acting on his own as a personal friend when he did those things, despite him being on staff and repeatedly showing up to court with various players.

This has a lot of potential to blow up and involve the GBI or higher if crimes were swept under the rug by local LE. The fact the AJC keeps digging is telling.

I am fully confident Carter was partaking in the festivities as well. Definitely not as innocent newborn lamb

A lot of öööö gets talked about those positions, but they're not just getting paid to look pretty. As to the question of the work itself, I'd say it's a pretty complicated answer and in truth I'm not sure I can explain it in any way that does them justice, but since I'm already here I will give it a shot: They are literal whores. Georgia recruits and players and coaches öööö these women and then all involved are financially compensated.

Control is a funny word. When you are in charge it is a great word. When somebody else has it, it is a bad thing.
 
Not sure why it took me this long to think about this but isn’t this kid going to the NFL now? If so, why would the dwags take any risks to protect him if his playing days are over?

Sounds as though she was a 26 yr old kid with a lead foot that never wanted to grow up.
