Maybe our coaches tend to fall into an equilibrium... Gailey won 7 a year, Collins won 3 a year, Key may win 5 a year. Johnson was different; he won a whole bunch of different numbers because he had... the option.

Punching the numbers into my prediction machine gives me...
35%: 5-7
45%: 6-6
18%: 7-5
2%: 8-4
 
I can see. 9 wins it 6 wins. I like that Thacker is likely retained. Will have to see who the OC is gonna be.
 
My focus will be on seeing the improvement without wanting to see it.

Where do you see that we play SC State? This is more like a team that uga would play.

That was exactly what Chan Gailey was trying to get people to realize. That in a money environment, going 7-5 and going bowling was a good (Not great season, and that team building would require more input (money).
 
Y’all are already building up expectations which we highly likely won’t obtain. It’s a process and Key deserves as much time as we were willing to give doofus. Pyron will be a redshirt freshman. We are losing our 3 best defenders, our best WR, and several RB’s. I think the young guys we have at RB and WR will be fine replacing those we are losing but it’s gonna take in game reps which means we’ll lose some games that many here will freak out over. Next year is a step in the process. If we do it right we’ll be set up to have some fun years behind a seasoned Pyron and a bunch of these young players. I’m excited but next year is just a step.
 
The only game we are highly likely to beat is Ugag. They are a young team and bring back most of their talent. Every other game is winnable.
 
Love to see the enthusiasm! But unless we upgrade offensively I still see the 3 to 5 wins as our range. Louisville to open is a toss up (I'll give us the win on sheer optimism); Ole Miss loss but hoping I get to attend; Bowling Green a win; at Clempsum loss; UNC is due to finally get some revenge - a loss; at Miami a loss; at UVA a loss just based on our history and playing there; BC at home a win; Syracuse at home a win; at WF a win maybe with them and a new QB. So I guess 4-4 in ACC and 5-6 overall with a loss to the mutts. What team am I missing or is it only 11 next year? I am missing an OOC game or the season is shortened by a week.

Dang we just may get bowl eligible. Just found the missing game against South Carolina State. A win. So 6-6 is certainly feasible.
