We May Not Win Another Game

UVa at home was our easiest remaining game. This could be the start of another end-of-season slide.

QB choice next week will be interesting - Nesbitt was horrendous today and not a whole lot better last week against Clemson. I don't see how jaybo could do any worse.

Pretty sad that UVa could pass at will and get over 400 yards against our "great" defense.
 
no S*** !! Im in shock and cannot understand how unfocused Josh was. You will see A battle for QB this week.

This offense of ours is silly. Wait until we play a real team - even with "PJ"s guys".
 
Defense was terrible today. Front four did not make the plays they needed to make. Peerman ran harder than any back I've seen this year. He made runs when no hole was there. Ran like Choice and Daniels at their best. I thought our LB's did OK and Burnett played well. We never adjusted to that they were doing - one three and out all day!
 
we may be figured out. Play us even all game and GT is bound to fumble to change the game.
 
I don't know whether we will get to 7 wins or not, but I am sure Coach Johnson will have them working hard to get a W each week. This week, I thought UVA played harder and with more emotion and determination - that concerned me. I'd be angry if I thought these guys were looking ahead to FSU. I also think the 14-3 lead may have misled them into thinking the game was going to be easy.We're not good enough to look ahead or let up. The game turned when we had the ball up 14-3 and went three and out. They were the better team from that point forward.

I will say that some of our fans think winning 7 a year is easy. It's not. We play in a conference with no great teams, but with no terrible teams, either.

Looking ahead, I guess home with Miami is easiest, with FSU next, at UNC, then at UGA. We were fortunate to play a pretty soft three games out of conference to have a chance at a winning season and bowl eligibility.

I really thought we had righted the ship as far as game planning goes. I knew our OL sucked. Did you notice UVA's DL just back off of Voss when he lunged after the snap. We aren't there on the line of scrimmage yet, so I will wait until we start blocking on the line before I drink any more Kool Aid. I DO believe that anyone we match up w/ on the line of scrimmage........we will win.

Phrased another way, I should have stopped being delusional enough to think ACC-CG until 2010.... no matter how utterly mediocre and devoid of great teams the ACC is.

This may shock you ... but some of us have a real life that may not make it possible to devote 8 hours driving to and from the game + 3.5 hours of gameday of our Saturday every Saturday.

Not everybody lives on Techwood.

Yes we will!! UVA season is heading for doom! They have Miami, Wake, CU (w Spillar) Va Tech. I see 2 losses easy. We still have a chance. It starts Saturday.
