maybe we should be happy that we've gotten this far. sports illustrated picked us to finish dead last in the ACC at the beginning of the season, so i'd say we've far exceeded expectations already. it doesn't need to be all doom and gloom because of one bad game.

I would love to close with Miami, Wake, Clemson, and Virginia Tech, as compared to FSU, UNC, Miami, and Georgia.

Bingo! We have overachieved and our fan base is excited. We have put that freakin spring game, and all the bad preseason press out of our minds. We have overachieved and inspite of this sick ass feeling today; We are doing alot of great thing we were not supposed to.
 
hell, if we win out, uva loses any 2 of their games against UM, WF, Clemson, and VT (which is very possible), and vt loses one more game against either maryland miami duke or uva, then we go to the ACCCG. all is not lost.

Va Tech has the 2 QB'S out for now. Plus they are vulnerable. Pull like hell for Miami, and the others
 
I know that we still have a chance. I am really not too worried about VT right now. They are hurting bad. I know that UVA could possible lose two of those games. But damn, why can't we just win it? First we were waiting on VT to lose, well they did, the only problem....WE LOST TOO! We have a 14-3 lead and then every part of the game of football goes comatose. I'll be glad to know if we actually do make it, i'll just wish we would have done it with one loss.

Seriously, CPJ has done great, and I still support his decisions. EVERY coach is allowed a one-year honeymoon, and he is doing good things already in the first year. Also, most of our team is SO YOUNG. We have a lot to be excited about!

And to be fair, we're still 6-2. This is a damn good honeymoon period, as far as honeymoon periods go, even if we only win one more game this year. I think, by and large, most people agreed before the season that making a bowl was the goal, and that goal is still well within sight.
 
The focus of this coaching staff needs to go to trying to figure out a way to get Dwyer the ball where he can make some plays. Our best player has been invisible the past 3 games.
 
And just last week many of the same were, idiotically I think, calling for everyone to vote CPJ COY! (Why would you want to advertise to all the huge programs looking for a great coach just how great he is?)

We really do need to change QBs. It is imperative that we find one that can run the O, as well as block and tackle. On every single play of the game.

Bowl game? WTLH? The acc has 12 teams with 37 bowl agreements.

It is amazing, given the last 6 years, how so many GT fans refuse to look at our seasons 1 game at a time. Seems as if many are more concerned with bogus polls and some divisional acc ranking than improving throughout the season.

We will beat fsu.
 
Our defense lost us the game today not our offense. Josh didn't play that bad. He had a couple of mis handled snaps but Jaybo def. isn't the player that josh is.
