If he wanted to come to Tech then he could take a foreign language now and then this summer or maybe during evening classes.

Or he could come in next winter by getting it done.

Otherwise, it sounds to me that he is just looking for the excuse to get out of Tech. I wish him the best either way.

He was banking on an exception...and made us believe he was satisfying the condition this fall...but he did not. So....this entire time he has been committed to GT...acting like he is meeting the condition and he was not. I guess he thought he could get away with it. We did try an exception and of course it was not granted.

The solution is simple...the way it is taught he could take a 1st year Latin and a 1st year Spanish...for example...in this semester and would be ok...his grades are fine. However...he just does not want to do it.

They say they still want to be at GT. Weird...just plain weird.

Of course....this isn't the only strange thing during his recruitment.
