I wanna win, but a close loss to a good team where we have no turnovers, no special teams failures, and no penalties would work at this point.
I just want to see constant improvement. Definitely want a win, and I'll be disappointed if we lose (I'll always be disappointed with a loss), but I really just want to see us moving in the right direction. We're already miles from where we were last year.
I am more than a little worried about this game. They have speed and a running game. Defending that is tough for us.
For the 2018 game my wife was in the hospital getting her appendix removed. She was in the recovery area and not yet assigned to a room so I had to stream most of the game on my phone. Lets hope we aren't in the hospital for this year's game. The last time we played Louisville, 2018, I was at Panama City Beach and we won on a Friday night, 66-21.
I will, once again, be at PCB for a Friday night game vs Louisville ... we roll by 45 baybee!
If that was an omen in 2018 I hope she has her appendix removed again. For the 2018 game my wife was in the hospital getting her appendix removed. Sounds like that was good luck. Time to take one for the team. For the 2018 game my wife was in the hospital getting her appendix removed. A few tidbits I looked up on Loouhvul....
They have six commits from Georgia in their 2021 class.
On their depth chart, they have eight guys from Georgia on offense (and that doesn't include Pass, who played against us two years ago at QB and is still there, nor Tee Webb, the QB from Cartersville) and six guys from Georgia on defense in the two deep.
Some, like Hassan Hall, we did, I believe.Big game. Curious if we ever offered those guys
I still remember the name Jarrell Johnson a WR from one of Chan's recruiting classes. On signing day, he didn't sign. Someone asked what happened and Gailey said "we never offered"Some, like Hassan Hall, we did, I believe.
For the guys the last two years, I don't know. Except for Joshua Black, the Stephenson High kid who was a Tech commit but was one of the two linemen in the 2019 class Collins didn't keep. He's now listed as the No. 2 center.
Though, as PJ said two years ago. Some of them we offered. Some of them we didn't (which I took to mean, they weren't getting into Tech)

I hate that Louisville picks from Georgia, burns my soul that those guys would leave our state for friggin Lou-vil rather than come to our lovely Institution.
So many schools come to Georgia to recruit
Notre Dame has done it for years. Ohio State has been active the last few years. Even Arizona State is starting to hit Georgia
There’s hundreds of high schools playing football in the Georgia and the college coaches know how good the high school football is here
California, Florida, Texas - and I think still Ohio - are all much larger than Georgia in terms of population and are the only states in Georgia’s class when it comes to HS football
You could sign your entire class from Georgia and there will still be 100 plus kids signing with P5 schools beyond that
