Week 1 Thread??

They are looking really good. Lots of us (me included) may have some crow to eat this season.
You know, the thing here is… if TCU wins like 21-20 and if Colorado finds a way to be about .500 this year, that is one hell of a good job.

Not only do we get to see Colorado surprise so far against a top 25 team who played in the National Championship game. We get to watch them do it is sweet uniforms with the coach we couldn't afford.
FTFY

Or if that doesn't satisfy.

Like seriously. The level of pining that has been going on this year has been gross. Just take all the hindsight indicators that it wasn't ever going to happen and move on.

Say what you want, deion is a great motivator. Those guys look like it's their life's goal to block and make our o line look like pee wee

My expectation was that 1) the skill players at the higher level of competition would be good but not nearly as good as they were at Jackson St. 2) they aren't deep enough at the skill spots to keep up with the higher level of competition and 3) the rest of the cast was going to take a lot of time to adapt to each other and the staff.

So far, the skill players look more than competent relative to higher competition and the rest of the cast has met the challenge and are looking very well coordinated. Expect TCU to adjust and try and take away Travis Hunter.

Defensively, the Buffs look as expected which is to say not very good.

Well this is a week 1 thread. I thought it was open for discussion?

So is Colorado on national TV next week against Nebraska? Holy öööö.

Colorado had less money than us for years.. if we can't financially compete with a 1-11 team where nobody cares about football we are doomed
They had less money than us when they hired him. Hell they may have less money than us now for all i Know. They are completely banking on Sanders fame and being successful to be able to balance the books
