Week 2 Garbage Foobaw Thread

ACC is hot garbage, not at dumpster fire flashpoint yet. It's getting there, it's getting there.

(Almost) always root for our fellow ACC teams when playing non-conference opponents. Even Virginia Cow College and South Carolina Cow College. Notre Dame not really IN ACC, so they do not count.

Charlie Strong, Country Strong, Tom Herman, Herman Munster, Steve Sarkisian, Steve Spurrier . . . doesn't matter. Tejas needs to buy some better players or they're going to get absolutely bumrolled in the SEC.

Look at all the recent decent, to good, to great, to HofF starting QBs in the NFL from the state of Tejas (Brees, Mahomes, Mayfield, Murray, Matthew Stafford, Ryan Tannehill, Jalen Hurts, Andy Dalton . . .) and realize not one of them actually played AT the University of Tejas. Maybe they should try to land just one.

It looks like the ACC is all time bad this year. Go ahead and include ND with us. They squeaked by Toledo today after squeaking by FSU. FSU is having big time issues with Jacksonville State Band Director College. NCST is getting boat raced by Mississippi State.

Little did we know, NIU would be top 5 in the ACC!

So the SEC is expanding by adding a team Arkansas can beat like a drum. Texas should go the Southland Conference if they want to win a title.

They just haven't converted to SEC speed yet. It'll happen once they're in, as if by magic.

The Mississippi schools adding Kiffin and Leach was terrific for them. Now, just one piece of advice. Do not beat Saban and Bama. If you do, serious probation awaits. Take your 8 to 10 wins a year but do not upset the King.

Loving all the early season chaos, but just hope it doesn't help UGA get into the playoff without winning the SEC.

The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world that Manny Diaz is a good coach.

Loving all the early season chaos, but just hope it doesn't help UGA get into the playoff without winning the SEC.

It’s very early for this, but to your point, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Iowa running the table will help prevent that.
