As I’ve been reading his bio, he seems to have had success in fundraising both at Bama and ECU. If he has that expertise, I think the money is certainly in the Tech world, just need someone to unlock it.

And I think that if Cabrera continues the follow through that money will be unlocked. Seems on paper to be a quality AD hire.

I don't know a lot about ADs or anything, but from the perspective of a fan - this is a great hire. This hire tells me Cabrera's words weren't just lip service. This seems like a guy who could bring Tech to the next level. Now, how long can we keep him?
