Whats your expectations after seeing T-Day?

Since when did UNC become this unstoppable force? I've seen more than one post in the last week where people expect the Tar Holes to be a really good team. I don't expect them to be any better than we are.

Everyone said the same thing about them last year. Looked like the same ole UNC to me. But we'll see.

I understand that we've had a hard time winning at Keenan. I was sitting at mid-field when we played them in '06 thanking God for Tashard Choice and the fact that their qb threw 2 interceptions in the end zone. I know Butch Davis is a good coach, but with no more than they have coming back from last year to go along with just the 29th ranked recruiting class, I can't justify us NOT beating them.

Never said I expected them to beat us.

The last 2 years have been tough wins. We were lucky to beat them last year. Their QB threw all over us. Yates has a good arm, Hakeem Nicks is the real deal and Butch Davis is a coach. Their offense was good passing last year, and should be better this year. They just needed a running game.

Well...

They've got two 4* RB's in the fold now, along with four 4* WR's, and two 4* TE's all in the past 2 years. All in addition to an elite 11 4* QB in Mike Paulus. In short, they're loaded with talent on offense.

But what about defense? In 2007 they signed the #1 and #10 DT's last year, along with two 4* LB's. They followed that this year with two 4* DE's and a 4* DT, along with three more 4* LB's.

They had several close losses last year. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how good they'll be, but don't be surprised if they slip up on some teams.
