It sounds to me that the ACC thought the rival games were on and made the state rule. Then the SEC pulled the plug and screwed them.
Play UCF.

The way I read it, you could play anybody but the game had to be played "in state". Could be wrong, I assumed it would be the dwags when I read the article so didn't pay much attention to it.

Game has to be played in-state. Opponent can be anybody that has acceptable covid protocols in place.

Keep Gardner-Webb. This eliminates a possible cancellation penalty. It also helps us get to bowl eligibility.

We should not help any other program in Georgia.

Can't play D2. We have 85 schollies. They have somewhere around 35-38 full (I think they're allowed to split them up)
We can play FCS.
FCS teams can play D2 teams.

Easy enough to change the in state rule to in the ACC footprint rule. We are already playing 2 teams from Florida, why not 3? What other conferences are even playing ooc? Can Pitt pick up Penn State? Or us?
