Gibbs reminds me of Reggie Bush.

My favorite play we ran last year was when we would have him come out of the backfield and run a little angle route (I think that is what it is called).
The WRs would run deep routes and clear out underneath and he would look like he is going to the flat or possibly running a wheel route before cutting back across the middle. That worked several times to get him a mismatch in space.

Yep. Grabbed his leg at the end.Unfortunately that was the play where he was injured.
I have a "more than 4 hour" issue now.
We should be running the ball 60% of the time this year. I’m sure Sims has improved but I trust the talent in the backfield more. I’ll be very happy to see Johnson and Cochran on the OL together too. Absolutely we need to feature McGowan, Gibbs and Carter in the passing game but for the most part, run the damn ball.
Having a 6’5” 225lbs WR in Leo Blackburn will help with that. An improved OL will also help.Yep, there's little argument that we have the best RB group in the conference. 2 former All conference guys, and a 3rd that would likely start for a number of teams in the conference. We need to pound the football. With that said, teams will put 9 in the box until Sims shows can make deference pay for it. Hard for any team to run with 9 in the box every play, and even the CBs peeking back there.
