There is a huge transfer portal problem. A player who played in 4 games came to Key and said he was redshirting and didn’t want to play in any more games. Key did the right thing and escorted him OUT! But that player shouldn’t have a “free” option in the portal!

Both Norris and Knight wanted to redshirt, I believe. Knight said so publicly. The two players KQ is talking about haven't really played that I know of.

Yep, this portal, all about Me above Team BS has to stop. Can you imagine CPJ or CGO’L responding to a player wanting to sit it out instead of playing?

I understand the players. They are on a dumpster fire of a team and don’t want to burn a year worth of eligibility. They want to play for a team that is competitive. So many of starters left us after last season as they knew that it was in their best interest to do so and such has shown out this season. By the way, Chico Bennet left us and played very well for UVA Thursday against us.
