Who then?

His name is not well known....but Bobby Johnson has Vandy playing good football. They compete very well in the SEC east and are rarely blown out like they were in the past. I believe the current Vandy team would be one of the better teams in the ACC. ask anybody you know who is a fan of SEC football what they think about him.

Totally agree on Bobby Johnson. Good man, good coach and hey he has actually beaten UGAG

Will Muschamp is my pick, he is fiery and could bring intensity to a team that is in serious need of a boost

I was hoping for Paul Johnson when O'Liar left, but Mrs. Johnson has a lot of family in Annapolis. I doubt the Johnsons will be going anywhere.

I always thought David Cutcliffe would be a good fit here. He's got head coach experience and he's a good recruiter. He certainly knows about QB development.

Why would he leave Wunderbilt of the SEC for us in a weaker conference? I know Vandy doesn't even have an athletic department story.

Hire Bud Foster.
He is the best coordinator on either side of the ball in the ACC, and if we hire him we never have to face him ever again.

Joker Phillips.
He knows how to run an offense and appears to be a good recruiter. It would be unique to have coach named Joker, we could have marketing fun with it.

PJ is a perfect fit for GT - he has recruited and KNOWs the state of Georgia, won multiple NCs and has Navy competitive with an average SAT of 1250. And he wants the job.

I never have been a fan of Paul's but when I found out he wanted to come and would incorporate another offense I must say I would like to have him.

If not Paul, then I'm pushing for Randy Edsall.

Get the money right, at the high end of NCAA coaches, and talk Bill Cowher into coming.

When he moved to Raleigh to take time off and see his daughter play volleyball, many felt he was hopeful that Amato would be canned after this year and he would coach at his alma mater. The Wolfpack didn't wait. I think he would be open to trying the college game.

So I've been told by someone that knows him.
