nowhere to hide paul , you get paid over 2 million dollars a year for what.....crap!!!!!! youre EGO is bigger than your ability to recruit and i think youre overpaid and apparently we suck at recruiting and tarnished the winningest stadium in college football today

Yep. That's basically what he said to Wes. Plus, he would've thought that after last week and after watching tape on the last couple of weeks, they would've come out to play. CPJ was dumbfounded and made no excuses.

He said, this kind of loss where it looks like everyone is running in sand is worse than hard slogs.

In August he said this was the best group of kids he has had in a while.

Two years ago he said he thinks he recruited the right guys and overtime they will be pretty good.

In August he said this is probably my best o line.

In August he said the d is better

I want him to address everyone of these comments after today.

Do you still feel you recruited the right guys. Is this still one of your better olines. A team just quit on you, do you still think they are a hard working enjoyable bunch?

Unfortunately u r right. The change has to be with the school and admissions.

Maybe a loss like this will wake buzz up. Oh wait he has done ---- as our president anyway.

I've heard this from him before. Apparently Johnson is hands-off when it comes to motivation, expecting each player to find something inside himself for motivation. But that ---- doesn't work. Look at DABO. He may not be an awesome coach (or hell, he may be), but that mother----er can motivate some players!

I'm tired of hearing Johnson say "well, you'd think losing to Miami would be motivation enough..."....get off your ass and inspire these kids!

The job of a university president isn't to dumb down admissions so that the football program can win more. You went to the wrong school if that's what you want.

The Alumni on here should try to get a grassroots effort going to see if the needle can be moved at all. Sidewalk fans would be white nose, as we should be, but you guys are the passonite ones that want to see us be a championship football team.

I don't think he's hands off, and I didn't provide the context. Wes asked him if he thought that this game might light a fire, and that was how CPJ responded.

He definitely took responsibility for not getting them up, as much as a coach can given that it really does depend on players.
 
56, have you met Paul Johnson? Calling him an arrogant prick? You sound like a great man of integrity and a tribute to the Institute. I enjoyed watching you abuse those ND OLs back in the day. Yet, this is what you became post GT? I am even more disappointed in GT today. We should be developing men of character...men.

sorry i disappointed you...only go by what im told from people I KNOW THAT KNOW HIM, do you know him?

btw, ive actually become a lot more than whatever the hell i post on stingtalk but if thats how you judge people then i cant help it...

I hated Gailey and lost interest in Tech football for a year or two. I'm not ready to give up on CPJ yet. He deserves the hot seat, but calling for his firing right now is rash. Let's let the season play out. He'll either save the ship or it will sink.
 
If DRad thought he was deluged last week, he's got another thing coming.

If you had a clue I would care but I don't. The president increased admission standards for football players in 2003. It needs to go back to what it was under homer rice in the 90s. Again what would you know you we're like ten back then

if he doesnt play vad the rest of the way he is worse than we think he is

worst home loss since i dont know when, embarassing to the fans and the stadium named after Dodd...
