I have a bad feeling that this season is taking a 2010-ish turn.

Yes, me too. Tech is even wearing the bad-luck-blue-striped road uniforms of 2010. And it appears this will be the case for all away games this year. Hope I'm wrong about this.

Message to GTAA: White shirts, gold pants. Don't mess with tradition.

They played us very well defensively last year and our perimeter blocking is a huge question mark with two new starters at WR and only 1 experienced AB. The difference on the other side of the ball though is they are worse on offense and we are better. I could see us scoring anywhere from 20-45 and them scoring between 13-30. But I can definitely see us losing if the perimeter blocking is as bad as last week and they get a few breaks like NDs offense did.

I'll go with 28-20 GT.
 
I expect a good game defensively. Freeman and Gotsis reek havoc all day and Golden comes up with a pick. Two scores or less for Duke as long as our offense doesn't give them a short field. A successful day on offense will have less than 10 pass attempts from JT. I think JT will bounce back and have good game though with some big runs. Brad Stewart gets in on the action with a couple receptions, but Marshall and Skov hammer it out and carry the load. If we can have success on the perimeter then it could get ugly, but I see it as a 3 yards and a cloud of dust kind of day. No turnovers for the good guys.

offensively we'll struggle early, but we'll keep them on the field long enough to wear 'em out. And our D is legit.

Last year's game against Duke was a mistake filled crapfest. They didn't play us THAT well defensively.

if it's going to rain all day as it says then 8,000 for attendance will probably be pretty accurate. The great thing about Wallace Wade is that there is always space for umbrellas as usually nobody is sitting beside you or behind you. Usually a surprise if someone is on the same row as you.
