Could have done better at offensive coordinator than the gargantuan Jim Chaney. Every time I see him on the sideline in that size 62 XXXXL shirt, I just wonder...

How were we not up by about 34 points at halftime, even with minimal motivation?

I hope Kirby Smart doesn't turn out to be Ray Goff 2.0. There was absolutely no reason to assume he was better than a perennial 10 win coach who we fired because he didnt do something we've only done twice in the entire history of the program. We don't even know if Smart's a good defensive coach, since he's built his entire reputation running Nick Saban's system with 5 star athletes recruited to Alabama.

I guess we can always keep Smart for 5 or 6 years and then hire Mike Bobo to be Jim Donnan 2.0. That should make all the Mark Richt haters ecstatic and we can all reminisce about what a lousy coach Richt was. Reverend Richt, Field goal Jesus. Did I miss any?

[previous poster mentions Richt's troubles against UAB in his first season] At least UAB was Division I-A (or FBS as they call it now) at that time. Nicholls Fricking State is FCS, where they've won 9 games in the last 5 years. In other words, UGA traded blows with one of the very worst programs in the FCS and they held their own. Thank goodness their quarterback was a freshman in his first start on the road, or we'd have our worst loss in modern history in Kirby Smart's 2nd game

Sure, it's possible that their [Nicholl's] true freshman quarterback has turned the program around after many years of ineptitude in a lower division. Maybe Kirby has coached us up to the level of a mid tier FCS program?

I keep reading where UG fans are saying this seemed just like a Richt performance, but i don't recall Richt EVER almost losing to a pissass team like Nichols, or any of their gimmie games ever being close at all...
 
I hope Miami hangs 70 on Appy State next weekend and UGAg gets curb stomped.
 
There has to be a scenario, no matter how far fetched, that matches up uGag and Miami in a bowl game.

I heard da U is back and that UGa is going to win a national championship game this year. So most likely they gonna be in the championship game this year

Not gonna happen with Missouri, but that would be awesome.

Back to back losses to Ole Miss and Tennessee would be great, and that can actually happen.

Kirby Smart officially changing his last name from Smart to Dumb Ass. And Mark Richt taking a dump at Sanford center field and then pissing on the arches.

Yea, Tennessee appeared to wake up last night against VT. VT looked on their way to a dominant blowout, but proper adjustments were made and Tennessee ran away with it.

I don't think Eason or Chubb are good enough to carry UGAg this season. Eason is a slow fat white kid from a weak football state. It appears he has gained too much weight. Chubb looked ordinary, from the highlights I have seen of the game. Of course, I believe he has never had the potential of Gurley.

Missouri usually has a good DL, unless things have changed up there. If fat boy can't pass and they can get a chubby going then Mizzou wins
 
Eason looks very immobile, hopefully he gets annihilated repeatedly by those vaunted sec defenses, loses his confidence and becomes permanently gunshy
