Kentucky OC turns down UGAg

Dwagville is not a happy place right now.

That's a shame.

Kind of wondering... All the good juniors are jumping ship, coordinators leaving, 3rd-tier coordinators turning down raises to go there and that's just what is public.

I'm hearing there is dissension in the locker room and some players are questioning whether the coaches have cost them not one but two NCs. Dwagville is not a happy place right now.

I want complete chaos in Athens as much as anybody* and I want to believe it as much as anybody, but the good recruiting class they just pulled doesn't really fit in with all of the negatives you just listed. ...or Maybe it does if you consider the bagmen.

*I really just want to see an open and shut NCAA investigation into their program that shows a lack of institutional control, where they get the death penalty and don't get a bowl for 20+ years. öööö them. I want uga to be so bad that we try to set the record for largest margin of victory every single year .

Your healthy skepticism is duly noted. But, as a case study, examine Florida State and Southern Cal both of whom had comparable recruiting classes 4 years ago but neither of those two programs could win enough games to even make a bowl this year. That's where the dwags are headed. Tons of draft picks but nothing to show for it.

Don't even compare CGC to that Lloyd Christmas haircut, fake punt to give Bama the game tard in Athens.

Georgia has done some Georgiaing in their last two games against Bama. I’d imagine that Georgiaing must wear thin after a while.

I know of Kirby. I don't want to say too much just because I can't. But there is no comparison between the two when it comes to personality, intelligence, leadership, etc. Wish I could say more but that would not be wise.

He was not offered the OC position. He WAS approached regarding a possible position coach vacancy but, as AJC said, “parlayed that perception into the leverage he needed to get a new contract.” This kind of stuff happens this time of year all the time.

Georgia ranked 18th in the nation in total offense...I seriously doubt they would be going after the mastermind of the 103rd ranked offense in the nation. Lots of deliberate misinformation this time of year spread...mostly be agents for the benefit of their clients!

Stop defending uga. They made an offer to a Kentucky coach, he said piss off and stayed at Kentucky. Uga is getting rejected by Kentucky coaches.

Get in line or stfu
