Completely unsubstantiated and libellous rape accusations against a UGA player.

I like it

I don't want more fans. I like having room to spread out in BDS.

Honestly, it seems like everybody on this board who is from or lives in Tampa is a giant hatchet wound about CPJ so I thought this was one of the ones that had been around awhile. Is there something in the water down there? Did Paul have a drunken spree and bang all of the moms down there or something?
No, they just got the opportunity to watch a PJ coached team live against South Florida.

No need to crap on CPJ. But so happy we have GC.
Paul Johnson was/is a heck of a coach. But he rarely passed up an opportunity to jab at Georgia Tech when it came to his inability to recruit really good football players. Paul Johnson consistently tried to deflect his inability to recruit on Georgia Tech's admission standards, lack of athletic budget, small stadium, etc. He poo-poo'ed Georgia Tech fans expectations for success as "living in the past". One of his favorite phrases when comparing Georgia Tech to Clemson and UGA was "Apples and Oranges".

Now, was he right? Sure, to some extent. But I and other fans don't want to hear a defeatist attitude from a guy making $3 million a year, or from a old, Negative Nelly like Dave Braine.

Nobody is "crapping" on Paul Johnson. But his attitude vs. Geoff Collins makes for interesting discussion IMO.

^^^That is exactly right, Tampa Jacket.

Just imagine how much more success CPJ would’ve had with a more upbeat/innovative attitude when it came to recruiting?

He just didn’t have that and recruiting is a major part of being a head coach.

But keep in mind, Ron Zook could recruit too.

Touché and well stated. Please notify the internet authorities. A mind has been changed on the internets.

Love his highlights. He has a big arm and is a terrific runner on the read option. I understand the three stars - he is not that tall and I am not sure how accurate the arm is. But, he is a great get for us. He comes with a good reputation from a great program. Welcome to The Flats.

6'2" isn't short for a QB though.
