Basically if we still ran TO he wouldn’t be committed here and we wouldn’t even have a chance at the best RB in the state. That alone should tell you something
He's the most prolific RB in the state.
Best RB in the state? That's subjective, and Bigsby and Marks are rated higher.

I’d say he’s in the discussion. 247 already has him higher than Marks. Rivals/composite will follow suit after rivals next round of re-rating players.

I'm not saying he's not a great pickup for us. We need his athleticism and speed. With some OL line depth and size, he will be getting those runs for us.

He looks great, but Dalton plays in a pretty weak region.
Harrison is a good team with a shot to go deep into the playoffs.
He ran for over 200 on them.
His offers compared to the other backs in the state tell the story.
This kid is the best back in the state and if he’s not a 5 star by the end of the season it’s a failure by scouting services everywhere.

Yeah, everyone needs to calm down. No one player changes your program. Someone mentioned Calvin: he was a sure thing, he was/is a HOF and he didn't change the program.

Yeah, I though this was the best takes in the thread so far:

Our need at RB isn't that big right now. Gibbs would be a great player for us, but our needs on the lines are much bigger, so we can afford to lose gib s much more than other positions.
As we saw on Saturday, we are in pretty good shape at RB, as we should be given our previous offense. What's important is locking down the big boys on both lines. Would be nice to get a big name RB recruit, but won't the end of the world if we don't.

I'm just glad to be back in the hunt for guys like this, it's been awhile.

He’ll be a five star only if he commits elsewhere :lol2:
