Interestingly enough I looked it up and Mississippi was the first state to come up. That’s where the kid is from so it might be limited to select states.

I have never heard of it in Tennessee. Is it a sport in Georgia?

My dad was on the weightlifting team at GMA (now Woodward) in 50-52. Bill Curry’s dad was his coach.

Whether or not it’s true, I think there are a majority of people who have become fatigued with this discussion because there’s nothing we can do about it. I think like you, that Paul had grown tired of recruiting or believed wrongly that Tech couldn’t recruit at a higher level. It’s obviously been shown that’s not the case.
