composite is the HS group only.
overall includes the transfer group.
both are an average of 247,espn and rivals ratings. this is the ratings gold standard.
our highest xfers were Lightsey/Gibbs at 87.0 which ranks them at 15th and 16th when blended into our HS group.
That's why the overall ranking goes down to now 42.We had 11 high 3stars and 3 4stars which is a good group at 34.(acc 7th,overall-acc9th)
we moved up from 37 to 34 due to the two late commits.

If your DL and OL play like 4 and 5 star athletes, it won't matter what we are ranked by 247 or ESPN. Time for some S&C and some coaching.

That’s on 247. But our total class ranking is 42 on which site?

Rivals doesn't have an equivalent category to 247's overall.(where we are 42)
The equivalent comparison is the composite to rivals where we are 34 versus the 27 you quoted.
I've seen many years when the composite ranked us better than Rivals.
it's one of our highest rankings ever so its a good group whichever service one prefers.

that is the overall ranking from 247 which uses the composite for the HS group and includes the 247 transfer ratings.
247 is the only service that has the overall category.
