Looks like originally from South Africa but went to HS in Georgia. 1st team all American JuCo before signing with PSU. Made the Athletic’s Freak List in ‘23 for his 615x4 squat. Played behind a strong unit of DTs at PSU who are all returning. Looks like at the very worst hes a high-upside depth piece at a position of need.

His HS in Lilburn is A classification. He must have been, literally, BMOC if he's 6-3, 310 right now.

Yea. Need 4-5 DTs that can hold their own. He seems to fit.
 
This addresses a position of need. One thing I was most impressed with regarding Duke’s defense was they always seemed to find good players and then were able to develop them. I hope that continues at GT.
 
Surely if nothing else this man can stand his ground in the middle of the line of scrimmage
