It is sad that we have to be proud of a damn kicker.

I remember seeing an interview with Dick Butkus back in the 1970's where he essentially said he damn hated kickers and wanted nothing more than to body slam them when they pranced out in their clean uniform and single bar helmet.

Kind of like Iowa in the early 2000’s. At the start of every season they were always ranked top 10. And then by the end of the season they were barely ranked if ranked at all. And the cycle would repeat itself for a few more years.

They will probably start the season in the top 20 because of Bill Belichick. This is ignoring the fact that Belichick’s last 2 years at New England were 8-9 and a final season of 4-13.
 
TT won’t be able to get over the hump now with NIL. Anyone they develop will jump to ATM, Texas, or Oklahoma.

The ceiling for ECU is lower than UCF and App State.

UNC has potential, but it would have to protect its home turf which is over saturated with D-1 schools.
 
GT has history, prestige and Atlanta. If the money is there, the players will be too.
