Stephen Hill ran a 4.36 40, tying for first place with Chris Owusu (Stanford) and Travis Benjamin (Miami).

He has first place in the long jump at 133 in (11' 1") with second place being Owusu at 10' 9".

His vert was 39.5, tying him for fourth with Keshawn Martin (Sparty). First place was 43.5, followed by 41 and 40.5. Kashif Moore (UConn), Jerrell Jackson (Mizzou), Owusu.

Edit: For reference, Travis Benjamin measured in at 5'10" 172lbs. Owusu is 6' 196.

So we had 2 WRs at sub 4.4 forty on the field at the same time didn't have better passing game

After all the handwringing and "I don't knows!?" looks like he'll probably do alright in the draft. Tall receiver types that run 4.3s are usually pretty hot commodities. Best of luck to Stephen.

Well said.

If he gets picked 1st day does that finally dispel the WR recruiting thing for us?

This thread just seemed to DROP out of nowhere. I don't think speed or athletic ability were ever questions with Hill.

Hill is pretty much the talk of this segment of the combine!! Looks like he's worked very hard since the season ended. I'm pulling for him!

$$$$$$$$$$. We all know if Mike Mayock is slobbering all over you that is a great thing because he can break you (i.e. Mike Johnson '09)

It's sad we can't throw the ---- ball. It's been more on the QB then the WR's; and PJ being a stubborn ass.

 like the man says, why throw more if you don't throw well. when we have a QB who can throw the ball we will use the pass more effectively.
