Does he still get to stand on the sideline during games?Hearing Ken is working on a story for tomorrow about Collins being forced to turnover his laptop, company cell phone and having his badge deactivated.

i'll have sympathy for a working family man who's about to lose his livelihood and getting humiliated with an escort on the way out without even being able go grab his stuff. collins is getting $11 million, he'll be fine.
My educated guess is that he was going to continue losing many more games than he would win as the team continued its same woeful play all the while hemorrhaging money, fan support, and future recruits.I mean what did they think Collins was going to do
Yea. Definite warning signs when I read Monday morning that Collins was in his office working after it was widely available news on Sunday. Not sure who handle our PR or Public Affairs But they either werent involved or have really poor guidanceGT leadership handled this very poorly. Todd and Geoff should have been notified on Sunday, press releases should have been in the inboxes of every media person by Sunday night and Key had the reigns on Monday morning. A Collins firing should have been a contingency plan to start the season, week 3 should not have been a surprise. GT leadership is not good.
Gailey showed up at the lunch bunch within hours of if his firing, I was there. Class guy for sure but just not a good enough coach.

It’s like a family reunion!Wtf everyone is back
Either that or some booster who knew it was funded and ready to go leaked that it had happened in order to force Angel’s hand. It’s what happens when the president of the Institute has to do the AD’s job. Hopefully this is the first and last athletic department firing Cabrera has to do.
He caught a permanent banGSU Paintballer when?

I didn’t miss that avatar.GSU Paintballer when?
Hopefully Angel wrote Collins the $10 million dollar check, waded it up, threw it at him, and made Collins pick it up off the floor also.
No, I bet Clown tried to kick itHe probably would've fumbled it
To be fair, Todd drowned himself in so much personal debt that he probably couldnt afford a $25 lisence plateTodd Stansberry stlil had an Oregon State Beavers license plate on his car as of the end of last season. Guess he wanted GT to pay for a new license plate just like we paid his buyout.
Humble has nothing to do with $11 million. None of us on this board would be within days or weeks of a guaranteed payout like that and walk away.Summary: Collins and Stansbury are being hard to deal with when they both should be men humble and have submitted letters of resignation at the end of 100-0 at the end of last season.
Bill Curry needs to butt out of GT athletics and stick to Alabama.
