2018 Team Captains named...

2013 was his first yr running this offense not 2014. He didn't beat Ga or win any Orange Bowl in 2013 my friend. You are completely missing the point. TQ has not had time to get this offense down. When he does look out!!!
So CPJ put him out there when he wasn't prepared? Even with MJ available? Doesn't make much sense.

That was actually TQ'S first yr running this offense. You will not find a QB under PJ who ran the offense like he did. His stats prove it. Yes he has room for improvement and we will see that this yr. That is all I am trying to tell you.
Again, you are suggesting with four "quarterbacks" on scholarship the coach chose the "not-a-quarterback" with no experience and questionable passing skills to play the whole season. Just to let him practice.

MJ wasn't really ever available, was he? I think there was questions about him heading into the season the entire time.

I am upset LJ didn't get more PT

Not for Tennessee. I don't know when he healed up, but he played some later in the season. But TaQuon is only the most recent in a long line of qb's that got worse the longer they played in the system. Even Justin Thomas never got better. I don't know if it is a case of them taking so many hits, they just wear down, or what.

Had to look it up, but Jordan played in 5 games this year, way more than I thought. But I'm pretty sure he wasn't available to play full time later in the season when TaQuon really started to struggle. And he went ahead and surrendered his last year of eligibility due to nagging injury. Lucas Johnson is a mystery to me. He's got some measurables and was pretty highly rated as a QB recruit, so I'm very curious.

Probably more like a pitcher scouting a batter or visa versa. I think teams learned his tendencies and played to stop those. What was open for him early in the season, was closed later in the season. There were times that looked like defenses were basically setting a TM trap and baiting him into the play they wanted.

So it is kinda like a baseball player that is gonna hit a home run on any fastball up and in, but can't hit anything down and away. "Just throw him the slider, he'll strike out every time".

Ricky Jeune was so open at one point in the UGAg game that I likely could have hit him on the throw for a TD. Unfortunately, TM stared down and threw incomplete on the other side of the field into coverage. Contrast that to the winning play in the Alabama/UGAg game where the QB looked the deep safety to the middle of the field to give help then went the other way for the TD. We don't play QB like that.

Yeah, I must have. What I saw was it takes a wind-up like he's throwing a javelin to get the ball 30 yards down field, with great inaccuracy.
Looked pretty accurate to me they were touchdowns! Why don't people like you that criticize 18 and 19 yr old kids get a damn life!!!

He choose the QB with the most skill. PJ has been doing this 35 yes, guess you know more than he does. If You are looking for a scapegoat for last season call Ted Roof. It wasn't TQ fault we won only 5 games!!!

I’ll give this van guy one thing. It NCAA for PlayStation was still alive, TaQuan would be a world beater in it.

I think the stubbornness of Paul Johnson is well documented.

What the bombs he threw to

He completed 43 passes the entire season. Almost every pass attempt was a bomb attempt so it's not surprising that he completed a few of those. His mechanic were embarrassingly bad and he was poor at running the option. I hope he improves but give it a rest.

JN was a completely different runner! He was not the threat TQ is, please!!! Again you are missing the point. Give it a rest you are not getting it.

please do not disparage JFN. He's the toughest runner we've had.

If you need your QB to get the first on 4th and 2, you want JFN in there, not TQ.

give it a rest.

I'll take 2008 JFN or 2014 JT over 2017 TQ every Saturday possible. It's not even close.

TQ is getting a full-ride to one of the best schools in the country. He's the starting QB of Ga Tech. He's eligible for critique. He's not a fragile snowflake, incapable of handling criticism, as others appear to be (cough).

Whichever one of you cockwagons created this AE can get ööööed with a rusty Huffy. The unbridled optimism is weaponizing the butthurt like only 3GT could before.

These are nothing but kids who are doing their best. They want to win more than you do. Grow up show some respect please!!!
