Yes he is a scholly commit. Sounding like Wiggles is gone and this is his replacement. Shocking for Wiggles because he's been a huge cheerleader. Not sure if he was passed over or if he chose to go to Illinois instead. Staff might have given him an ultimatum to sign in December. But now he says he IS signing in December... don't know the whole story.
