That's ball carriers... most of our fastest guys are DBs and the same is likely true of the NFL.
Do you have some recruiting news we can talk about? It’s the dead period so there won’t be much out there right now. Maybe some highlights from some our our recruits’ current games, but that’s it.
No, but NFL players slow down some from their college days. This is ball carriers (as pointed out) who played week 1 of preseason, and not all the stars saw the field that week.
Hopefully we run some consecutive fly patterns and see how many sprints their DB;s can handle.
If you stay on the cusp for just the right amount of time, the payoff can be very lucrative.
Tech has a track team, right. How many of those guys are faster than the FB guys? We should just suit up the fastest guys and, bingo - profit, right?
Starting next season our experience and talent level will begin to pay big dividends.
Faster is better than slower just like bigger is better than smaller. Yes we need to perform and get some wins but speed is always a positive.
