ACC Transfer Portal Winners & Losers

It’s pretty funny to read posts from the usual suspects who throw a conniption whenever someone dares speak ill of Geoff so readily throw our players under the bus or dog them for their talents.
It’s pretty funny to read posts denying there was a huge talent gap between Tech and all other P5 teams.

More funny is a CPJ fan like CarsonNewman over here criticizing Geoff for not running off enough CPJ recruits....as if he wouldn't have also trashed him for doing exactly that.

It was talked about publicly. It surprises you that Tech would take the high/classy road at the expense of success? That's a totally Tech thing to do! This fanbase would have had a meltdown if Collins had been allowed to process and drop CPJ's kids.
Tech would do anything at the expense of success. And no, it clearly wasn’t talked about publicly.

Collins did bring at least three kids he was recruiting at Temple.
He brought along Ahmarean Brown, Nazir Burnett (who is at Temple now) and Dylan Deveney.

Some weeks back, I took a look at the 2019 spring game roster and compared to the roster for the start of the 2021. It's been a while but I remember counting about 80-plus of those guys from the first spring game under Coach Clown to be no longer with the program.
You want to pooh-pooh PJ's recruiting? Whatever. Knock yourself out.
But this is - and has been - all on Collins.

In the meantime, I'm watching the end of "Heat" and wondering where in hell did DeNiro's character think he was running to and why didn't he shoot right away? He had Pacino dead to rights.

Yeah, I bet.
Keep opening your mouth and proving yourself a fool:

Collins asserted what a number of committed players had said, that scholarship offers were going to be honored, as were the wishes of athletic director Todd Stansbury.

But he did run off the CPJ OL recruits because ADTS said he could run those off, just not the others, right?

Y’all do realized all of this stuff is archived?

Neither Dowdy or Black signed on ESD when their schollie was guaranteed. If they wanted their spot then they would’ve sign 12/18/18

Cap

You were also the same person with passive- aggressive joke that majority of the starters were CPJ recruits. So which one is it?

He was told this back in September and I guess because no one cared to correct him with an article he thought he was right.

Except for the last 2-3 years and also except for the defense.

CPJ recruited 'ok' for his system that last 2-3 years, that's why we made a bowl game. Recruited 'ok' but not 'great', and probably not even 'good'.

And y'all do realize your argument isn't internally consistent?
