Wow, you really missed his point. He’s saying he could name the 2005 states in 2006. Basically, he could have named them the following year. So if you had said 2000, he would have said 2001 because that was one year later.
I’ll be honest, it took my a while to understand what you said. But none the less, I can name starting position groups from 10 years ago. If you’re so worried about the O-Line, you should be able to name them every year.
Yeah so can I of guys that were memorable. Those things stick for longer, but I also can remember majority if not all of the starters and main backups that played for my favorite team in the season that just ended, even if we did suck. I guarantee you in 2016 I could name you all the starters and major players from the 2015 team that had just gone 3-9. Good grief. I can name all the main starters too, even ones from years back. I don’t usually pay attention to a really bad position group on a really bad team. There’s no reason to. Again, your holier than thou concept is truly damning. You can’t say you’re a better fan than someone because you can name a player that won’t play for any other power 5 team.
It's not the point of paying close attention to a bad position group. Nobody said anything about being a better fan than anybody either. Again you're deflecting. It's a simple fact that I would bet an extremely high percentage of GT fans could tell you who played on OL last year -- especially the one that has the best shot of playing in the NFL, who for some reason you didn't even realized played last year.

I don't know how you somehow didn't ever hear his name or see him on the field but yes I can bet you that most all GT fans know who he is, that he was a starter, and that he likely played the most snaps of all OL. Nothing to do with how big or good a fan you are but it just seems very weird that you didn't know how much he played or contributed to the team. And I guess they invite trash players to the East/West Shrine bowl every year too.
Look bro, I already said you got it. You memorize the trash on the field. And yeah, usually the good players don’t go to the shrine bowl because they already have their spot locked. The shrine bowl is usually the 5th-7th rounders that try and improve their draft ranking.
