You would think a school that educates half the music teachers in the state could be creative enough to write a fight song with more that a single repetitive line, sung to the tune Sherman's soldiers sang while burning down the state, played by a band named after the enemy in our great war for independence.

this 100%. Especially for three-stars, it's important to look at their offer lists. Most 4-stars have great offer lists but curiously, a few do not. Francis Kallon's offer list, for example, was really light for a 4-star.

Georgia Tech is 50-31-2 against Clemson--- and despite 2 recent Clemson NCs, GT actually has a 11-9 winning record over Clemson the past 20 years!

By comparison:

Georgia Tech is 41-67-5 against UGA and is 6-14 over the past 20 years--- and many of the games GT "won" nearly fell into "small miracle" categories--- they were bizarre and unusual victories.

Clemson is currently HOT... don't get me wrong. But I can see Georgia Tech pulling even with and even surpassing Clemson way before it does UGA. Tech hasn't been consistently better than UGA since The Korean War.

Make no mistake about it... UGA NOT Clemson is you guy's biggest problem. That's why "Georgia" is in your fight song, not Clemson!

I did a similar analysis where I looked at each recruits' best other offer. It got depressing.

There is no indication that 2021+ will not be better recruiting years. There are indications that recruiting will continue to improve.

Far more likely Georgia becomes irrelevant again after Fromm leaves this season, than Clemson anytime soon.

If I were a Tech fan (I'm not) and you game me a choice of 1 game I can get off my schedule each year, it is undoubtedly UGA.

If that game came off your schedule, I'll bet it would statistically almost double, maybe even triple GT's odds of making the CFB playoff any given year.
