I am not listing a poll. Way too many options. In your opinion, who was the best QB that we ever had? I played against Shawn Jones, in high school. He picked us apart. This after we beat Charlie Ward's team. However, as good as Jones was, I always like Justin Thomas. I think no other QB ran an offense as well as he did. Joe Hamilton is a very close 2nd.

Hamilton. He had the Heisman sewn up except for a lifetime achievement award for a a B1G lardass that no one heard of before or since and Ted Roof’s defense which couldn’t stop a pee wee team.

If your #1 is not Joe Hamilton then you simply do not know what you are talking about.

This is probably just the fact that he was my ööööing hero for following Joe so beautifully, in a body so plainly crafted to offset Joe's existence, but Goose is my #2. He was a ööööing machine. An inhumanly slow, incomparably white machine. By the end of Florida State in 2000, I didn't worry about quarterback again at all until 2002 and I haven't ööööing stopped since.

The team back then had this drill - how far can you run in 12 minutes. One player consistently won the drill by a wide margin. Godsey. Think about that for a second.

By this metric, it looks like Billy Lothridge and George Godsey are the best GT QBs of all time. Tiebreaker to Lothridge for Heisman votes.
As a starter, Godsey only won once in 2000. Should have won in 2001 in Richt's first year. Joe Ham and Thomas both won 2. I'm not sure how many Lothridge won. 2 maybe 3?

Duh, right. Clear #1 Lothridge then. I bet there are some others historically who won 2

He's a troll, man. This is what he does, the idea is to reinforce the inferiority complex he projects onto the rest of the fanbase by stirring us up about Georgia when we are trying to talk about Tech. Don't feed him, maybe he'll literally starve to death in real life. Or get hit by a bus. The world is full of possibilities.
