Best QB to run the CPJ system?

I think its safe to say the JT had the best season for any QB in the system, but last year he looked to be on the same trend as Reggie Ball (Surprisingly impressive the first year, sadly disappointing the rest). In my opinion, the order goes: Nesbitt, JT, Tevin. Thoughts?
 
IMO opinion Nesbitt wasn't that great of fit for the offense, he was just a baller who could not be tackled by anything less than three Mack trucks.
 
Agree with your top three, in that order, completely. Nesbit was not ideally suited for this offense, but he worked so hard, was a great athlete, and was fearless. He was big enough to take a hit after making the pitch. A QB willing to wait before pitching, knowing he will get hit, makes the pitch option so much harder to defend.
 
Tevin Washington ran the option well, but the offense he had would often get stuffed in obvious passing situations. Also, either he was rushed or he did not have the arm that either Vad Lee or JT has.
 
You guys seem to not remember the 2010 season and what a öööö show that was. I'm not gonna pass judgement on JT because of last season since I've seen what he's capable of with people who know what they're supposed to do.
 
JT is the best QB to run this system. It's not even close. Nesbitt won with sheer physical ability and force, but he wasn't a system QB. 2014 showed us what this offense can do and that was in large part to JT ... and Shaq Mason.
 
And Justin Thomas is the best quarterback of CPJ era. Hands down the best thing to happen to us in QB department and better than any other quarterback we had since Goose.
 
Jaybo Shaw is probably the best option QB that CPJ has had. He had an incredible knack for reading the defense, and was always good for 2-3 yards. That being said, he didn't have the dynamic playmaking capability that JT or JN had.

So, it would be difficult to say which is the best QB. Depends on how you define it.

He was behind Joshua Nesbitt on Georgia Tech’s depth chart. But when Nesbitt was hurt, Shaw stepped in to lead the Jackets’ triple-option offense to 438 rushing yards (the most rushing yards by Tech in 30 years at that point) during a 38-7 regionally televised win over Mississippi State.

The next game, Shaw threw for 230 yards and a touchdown and ran for another score in a win over Duke.

But Shaw suffered a concussion late in Duke game and did not play the next week against Gardner-Webb.

Then Nesbitt returned, and down the stretch Tech had big wins over Florida State and Georgia.

Shaw had limited opportunities the rest of his time with the Yellow Jackets.

But what if Shaw had been there when Nesbitt, a senior, broke his arm against Virginia Tech? Would Shaw have had a second chance at gaining valuable playing time during the final games of the regular season?

It's hard to compare QBs when they play with a different set of players around them. Nesbitt had Dwyer and Bebe Thomas. Vad was not a good option QB, but I think a big part of his struggles was the poor OL he had to work with. Just look at how different JT looked in 2014 vs 2015.
 
Y'all are selling Tevin short. He played when with the results of the dead '08 and '09 recruiting classes showed up. That transition to th 3o wasn't smooth.

Tevin couldn't throw and didn't have beast mode like Nesbitt, but he was solid making option reads. Probably the best at reads of anyone so far.

Are you serious?

He had the incredible knack of running for 2 yards and getting decapitated. He had a few nice fill-in games against bad teams. He was light years behind Nesbitt.
