Big GT logo in middle of field?

I tbought weather was the holdup. And if you look closely in the pic the ACC and endzone letters are already filled in. I doubt they would leave the midfield logo as just an outline.

About time.

GT was the only school (maybe it was just ccg's reasoning) that I ever found that thought the bigger mid field logo was a negative.

People thinking the 2 smaller logos were better are the type of Tech men who are so smart they are stupid.

Edit: except they used yellow paint instead of gold...

i remember when a GT player slipped on that big logo in the rain and fell down and it cost us many yards

thats why they originally changed it iirc; then they also figured out that it got shown on TV more "whole" when they were small on the 30 or 35 than one big one in the center. and better for grass, and no big slippery spot in the middle of the field
 
do the cleats automatically adjust to the paint areas vs non-paint areas? because non-paint areas constitute about 90% of the field or more. try wearing screw-ins on hard grass in the south everyday without having a foot full of blisters
