I fully get that the average, casual fan factors in winning both in team choice and involvement (attendance, donations, etc.), but there are many on here who claim to be more committed/involved than casual fans. Obviously it is a free country so do what you want, but don't labor under the delusion that you are some sort of committed, core fan if you act like a casual fair weather fan but post online.

Oh I don’t anymore. Spent 40 plus years being far more hardcore than the majority of Tech fans. I’m no super fan any longer. I’ve lost most of my passion for Tech now honestly. True of most sports in general now. Maybe that will pass. Maybe life is just better focusing on more important stuff. Probably won’t attend any more games unless the kids ask to. They don’t seem to be missing it much currently but they are also all old enough to know how bad Tech is in football comparatively.
