But what exactly is your point? Just that they are not world beaters? No one is saying they are national championship material or the best team in the country.
They went 4-8 in 2021, then 1-11 in 2022 and were considered to be one of the worst teams in college football. Now, in Deion's second season, they are 6-2. Sure, maybe those 6 wins came against a soft schedule, but who cares? When you start from 1-11, all you want is wins. Deion's getting them as well as selling out the stadium every Saturday.
6-2 is a great record for them regardless of schedule; looking back to the beginning of the season you predicted they'd only go 5-7 in this thread. I don't know what the future holds, but right now I don't see how you can give the Deion hire anything but an A. They went from laughingstock and nothing but losses to relevance, wins, and money.
Even if Deion were to leave after this season they'd still be in a much better place than they were when he got there while the fans got to have a ton of fun and their best season in recent memory.
