Buck may or may not be a good coach....he may or may not be a good recruiter....he may or may not do a good job at TECH....

That's exactly right. So why do you act all the time like it's a foregone conclusion that he won't?
but to deny what O'leary has already accomplished at TECH is the mark of a bunch of small-minded, anal-retentive, unappreciative pissants.
<font size="2" face="Arial, Verdana, Sans-Serif">Who is denying it? PLENTY of people that you flame on this subject all the time are VERY appreciative of what O'Leary did, including me. In fact I posted a diatribe about it the other day on the Clemmons board.
You know, occasionally you say something pretty good, when you can get your mind off this subject for five seconds.
But that isn't very often.
First of all it is possible to appreciate the job O'Leary did at GT, especially as a recruiter, while still recognizing his shortcomings as a coach.
Second, I find it HIGHLY amusing that YOU would call ANYONE small-minded and anal-retentive, while droning ON and ON and ON about the SAME thing OVER and OVER and OVER again.
Do you have an obsessive-compulsive disorder?
Has it ever occurred to you that never calling Chan Gailey anything but "Buck", and effectively refusing to give him a chance before condemning him, despite the fact that he's done a fantastic job so far, shows YOU to be the
small-minded, unappreciative, anal-retentive pissant?
And, as I've said before, a
COMPLETE AND TOTAL HYPOCRITE.
