Championship Saturday

I'll have some of what you are drinking . are you sure they would leave OSU out if the cfp?
If they don't, then they have to admit that leaving Baylor out last year was a sham. Which they won't.

I swear Evans is like guaranteed to roll for 2 more yards after contact.

Edit: maybe not

I am beginning to think that Venables consulted Ted Roof before this game.

Really sucks that Pedo State won. I guess it's good that Clemson pulled it out, but after watching them herp and derp for the second half, I wouldn't have minded seeing VPI make it interesting.

Ohio State is in. Penn State may get in, but if they do, Clemson is out.

Clemson-Alabama in Atlanta
Ohio State-Washington in Glendale
Penn State has a decent argument. But the system rewards performance over the whole season. The good thing is that every game counts. The rules do not reward a conference champion. Penn State has a second loss. If you put them in over any of the four one loss teams, you are saying the loss to Pitt does not matter.
If you want to say a two loss conference champion is better than a one loss team, make it a rule. Go to eight teams. The five power conference champions are in. The highest ranked non-P5 conference winner is in. The committee selects two at large teams. This year you would have Penn State, Oklahoma, Washington, Alabama, Clemson, Western Michigan, Ohio State and Michigan. Seed based on ranking. Quarterfinals would be Bama-Western Michigan, maybe Clemson -Michigan, Ohio State - Oklahoma and Penn State - Washington. That would be fun.
