It's understandable that you would think what I wrote is a typo because it isn't something that happens much, but Idaho is already FBS, and is moving down next year. That's why it is puzzling that they are so high on the list compared to some teams who will remain in FBS for at least a few more decades.

I knew that, I just thought there were 130 teams in the FBS including Idaho. This list only has 129.

As for the 129 vs 128 thing, you may be counting UAB, or Coastal Carolina, where they will not be full FBS members this year. UAB comes back in 2017 and CCU moves up in 2018.
