If they could I am fairly certain CPJ would have been handling field goals a long time ago....:wink:
 
Great commit. I am not sure he will get any playing time for at least two years, until Vad is picked #1 overall.

Butker was 16 of 17 on field goals as a junior last fall with a long kick of 51 yards. He made 20 of 22 extra point attempts with one of the miss because of a bad snap.

Butker’s only miss came from 59 yards out in a game at the Georgia Dome.

One area were Butker excels is on kickoffs. Only a dozen of his 59 kickoffs were returnable at Westminster. He also punted 33 times for a 39.5 average.
 
If all he does is kickoff it'll be worth a scholly. Maybe he can excell at the "super high land on the 1 yard line kick off."

I read somewhere that 9 of his 16 made FG's were from beyond 40 yds which has always been Moore's downfall...
