Considering Collins is staying, what news this coming week.....

If he can get this recruiting class to sign during the early signing period, I will consider that a huge achievement. Thacker has to go too. Would be ok with the DB/Safeties coaches going too - assuming it’s their fault the secondary looks like garbage and not Thacker’s.
 
If we can get the top 25 guys in the country to sign for us. That way we can try and out-talent our terrible coaching.
 
I’ll say this. No matter what happens this weekend or during the off-season, I’ll still be at at least one game next year. Can’t be worse than Citadel or NIU (the last two games I’ve attended).
 
Keep the recruiting class intact. Bring in a DC. Resolve the seeming conflict between Key and Pat - whether its a personal conflict or just a mismanaged relationship I don't know but just fix it.

I remember we used to (maybe still do) think of Dabo as a clown who couldn't coach - who knows - maybe we can get the right asst coaches in here to fix whatever is broken.

I do not agree that Collins is staying. I think the Georgia game will decide what happens. I know the AD said Collins will be back, but if result of Georgia is too terrible, he may have to change his position.

Last night during Egg Bowl, ESPN kept showing on screen that Georgia has a 97 percent chance of beating us. Then, I saw a Brian Snitker video he did for Georgia, implying the whole state is united for Georgia.

Obviously, the coaching is terrible, but the whole ATL thing is a joke, too. Does Tech just not have any pride left? It sure looks that way to me. I would love for us to beat those people, but if they humiliate us on Grant Field, this may get taken out of AD's hands.

If Georgia embarrasses us and we don't fire Collins, we're saying we've reached the Tulane-LSU stage, and we accept it. There'd be no coming back from that. If Stansbury doesn't have what it takes to do his job, he should be fired along with "his man."

Going along with the current coach if we get blown out is the same as dropping football. We are a total joke. Nobody has any respect for Tech. None. It's time to beat Georgia, fire Collins or drop football.
 
The only news this coming week that would make me feel good about the direction of the program is Clown is leaving.
New coordinators and new assistants are just window dressing. The entire game preparation and game management philosophy has to be blown up and started anew. And that starts at the top.

I bet you thought this post was really funny. Probably even lol’d for real when you were typing it. Should have just added LMGTLAO to the end of. How stupid can we really make our fan base look? The results on the field aren’t doing the job well enough for some of you, are they?

at this point with football, as ive stated before, the only mechanisms i have left for dealing with this disaster are snark and sarcasm. you deal with it as you see fit. like projecting your anger on me. i can take it.
