And it shouldn't skip our attention he said this was the first time he's been back since coaching. Meaning the Hall of Famer never set foot in the place when Clown was having "Legends of the Flats" days.

On this date in 2011, we kicked Clemson's ass 31-17, ending their undefeated season. Tevin rushed for 176 yards.

1. Loved the crowd reaction when PJ got intro'd during the first timeout. It was a little weird doing it while a Tech player was getting medical attention, but I guess they were committed to the first timeout, so ... But from our vantage point, it was a standing O all around for PJ.
2. Tech also put together a media session before the game with PJ. Nice touch. Get all the media there, before the game, let him and them do all that once and then get on with everything else. Southern didn't do that. One of the savannah TV stations grabbed him before hand and he did a quick interview with two media guys from his Boro days right after the ceremony. Bunch of his old players were there too for the game in Statesboro.
3. PJ in the house. We rush for 300-plus yards and beat North Carolina.
Seems about right, doesn't it?
